Ethiopia Shanta Golba

Single origin coffee Fair Trade Organic coffee from the Shanta Golba Cooperative, it's a natural processed coffee grown in the Sidamo region with flavours of ripe berries and chocolate. 

Natural coffee like this is produced late in the harvest and the ripe fruit has been dried in the cherry on raised beds, enhancing its essential sweetness and fruit flavours.

Light roasted, delicious for plunger or filter brewing methods.
