We aim to be Franklin’s favourite coffee place. We share coffee and food that make people happy, hospitality that makes them smile, and show love and care in all our actions, enriching as many lives as we possibly can.

We also aim to be the employer of choice for hospitality in Franklin. We actively promote a culture of hospitality in our workplace, are a Living Wage Employer and offer a range of perks and benefits for our staff to maintain life balance. We support our staff in many ways so that they fluorish in their careers in hospitality and service and become good coaches to others.
