Join us for a morning session of Yoga & Coffee at the Park.
We’ll be joined by Wendy from Pukekohe Yoga, who will guide us through an Iyengar Yoga class focused on posture, balance, and alignment. This gentle yet strengthening style helps to stretch and open the body, ease tension, and calm the mind. Take in the fresh air, sunshine, and the beautiful surrounding greenery and roses of Seddon Park.
After the 45-minute class of mind and body connection, fuel up with good coffee and good conversations.

This yoga class is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. However, please note that due to the class being outside a yoga studio, we may not be able to accommodate for those with injuries that require props or equipment for assistance.
We only have a limited number of yoga mats - please remember to bring your yoga mat.
